Luxurious and exclusive, Monaco is a destination close to the heart of Sample. When looking for spring-summer inspiration, we often drop in for the weekend. Join us on a guided tour of our favorite haunts in the most lavish little town on Earth.
Good things come in small packages, and when it comes to countries, few are smaller than Monaco. Squeezed in-between Italy and France, it measures a mere 2.02 square kilometers and is home to over 36,000 people, making it the most densely populated country. It also has the planet’s richest population, so it’s no surprise that it has the repu- tation of being the playground of the jet set.
The ideal way to arrive in Monaco is upon the deck of a super-sized yacht with a martini in your hand. Failing that, the nearest airport is Nice. You can take a train from there, but it’s worth spending a little more and trans- ferring with the Heli Air helicopter service which will whisk you to the principality in just seven breathtaking minutes.
